Where's my order?

We ship with Deutsche Post and DHL. You can track your order with the mentioned delivery services using your tracking number! Should you need assistance, feel free to send us an email: team(@)studiohertzberg.de - we are happy to help!
Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over €200. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €4.90 applies.

Shipping costs to all other countries can be found on the linked page "Shipping & Returns" above.

How do I return part or all of my order?

Studio Hertzberg gladly accepts unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items that you do not wish to keep.
Please ensure that the original tags are attached to the logo label and that the clothing is returned in its textile packaging within our cardboard box.

In our DHL returns portal, customers from Germany can conveniently purchase a returns label for insured shipping (the customer bears the costs of the return) and send it back to us! You can either print the returns label or have it printed at a branch of your choice using the QR code.

Unfortunately, the returns portal cannot be used by customers from abroad. Returns from other countries and from orders placed through other external marketplaces must be sufficiently franked. Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted. In the case of a wrong or damaged item, we will, of course, arrange for a free return - please write to us at: team@studiohertzberg.de
How long do I have to return the goods?

From the moment the goods arrive, you have 30 days to return them to us!

We do not cover any applicable taxes and customs duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon receipt of your package.

 

Returns 

Studio Hertzberg, Lea Strunk gladly accepts unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original hangtags for a full refund.
If you live in Germany, you have 30 days from the day you received your items to return them. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return.
Outside Germany, you have three weeks from the day you received your items to return them. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
