General care instructions

The following simple washing instructions are important for all materials!

1. Wash as little as necessary

Every wash cycle can stress the fibres and colours of a garment. Therefore, only wash your clothes as often as necessary to preserve their quality and appearance for as long as possible. This applies in particular to garments made of natural fibres such as cotton, linen and silk, and regenerated fibres such as Lyocell/TENCEL™ and Cupro. Often, it is sufficient to air out the garment thoroughly or shake it out carefully after wearing it, before wearing it again.

2. Check the care label

Always check the care label before washing and follow the care instructions provided. Proper care helps to preserve the material, shape, and color for as long as possible and avoids unnecessary wear and tear.

3. Gentle Wash

If your garment needs to be washed, first check the instructions on the care label. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach and fabric softener, as these can unnecessarily stress the fibres. If suitable according to the care label, air dry the garment. This protects the fibres and helps to preserve the shape, colour and material properties for as long as possible
