What's your name, age and where are you from?

My name is Amy Alexander, I am 38 years old and I am originally from Melbourne in Australia, but now I live in Berlin.

​Why did you decide to take part in this project?

A need to cure the Berlin curse of gray/black fashion trend.

Where does your passion for drawing flowers come from?

I grew up painting flowers with my grandma. She taught me to paint by sitting in her garden watching the flowers grow.

What does flowers mean to you?

Happiness and light.

Which moment do you remember when flowers gave you a happy moment?

Sitting in the bath at my mothers house, staring up at a print of Van Gogh's Sunflowers and thinking that the world is a remarkable place.
